Well not in this case for Kanye West. But earlier today he was arrested over in England because he has been accused of attacking the paparazzi. But it looks like the charges were dropped because the man whose accusing Kanye has a history of lying and saying he has been assaulted which were all found to be untrue.
Kanye West also believes he is the "voice of this generation." Honey you aren't the voice when you yourself have to say it. lol
