The Bama Can't Make Me Go To War He's Not American

United States Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook is looking for a federal court order to stall and prevent his deployment to Afghanistan.

A 20 page document was filed with the US. District Court: Middle District of Georgia asking them to consider granting his defendants request based upon his belief that President Barrack Obama is not a natural born citizen of this country. And because of that he is ineligible to serve as commander in chief of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Cook says:

"He would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command. ... simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties.”

Documents show Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, two years after it became a state.
