Prop 8 update

The presidential candidates have given their opinion on Prop 8 and McCain is for Prop 8 and Obama is against it! Here's what Obama had to say about the measure

“I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. I am not in favor of gay marriage. But when you start playing around with constitutions just to prohibit somebody who cares about another person, it just seems to me that’s not what America’s about,” he said. He added, “Usually, our constitutions expand liberties, they don’t contract them.”

Of course we already know that Palin is for a new amendment in the constitution banning it along with her running mate. We also have Joe Biden on our side [the gay side]. We also have Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Magic Johnson, senator Dianne Feinstein on our side!
