From Disney To The Gay Community

A lot of today's pop got their start thanks to Disney. Whether its being in the Micky Mouse Club or having their own show on the Disney Channel or being in a Disney movie. Of course a lot of them aren't affiliated with Disney anymore because they want to be seen as "grown up" and embark on their own careers.

Today i was thinking to myself and how much I missed going to the gay clubs in Los Angeles and all the different types of music they play. A lot of it has some tie into Disney somehow like i mentioned earlier. Then I was trying to figure out which artist has the best Disney into a gay club crossover. Because as you know the gays can make anything popular lol. So below are some pop/dance hits from former/current Disney stars that brought them into the limelight on the gay dance floor!

What better way to start off than with the Pop Princess Britney Spears! If there is one song of Britney's that i feel brought her into the hearts of gays worldwide and that will always tear up the dance floor it has to be "I'm Slave 4 U"

Staying on the pop Diva side i have to mention Christina Aguilera former Micky Mouse Club cast member. You all remember when she was all innocent with "Genie In A Bottle" but I'm sorry that song did nothing for me. But the minute I heard "Dirrty" OH LAWD! IT WAS ALL OVER. She had the gays getting freak nasty! I know i was at least.

Justin Timberlake also got his start in the Micky Mouse Club. He has totally turned it around though. Went from innocent little boi to poppin titties on TV. He had all those hits with N'Sync and a few in the beginning of his solo career, but we [gays] really took notice when "Sexyback" was released. His first big collaboration with Timbaland and we all know that Timbaland never disappoints!

As we venture down on the age scale I have to mention Lindsay Lohan. Of course now shes a lesbian as we know is all over the place in and out of rehab. But before all that crazy shit happened she did a video for her first big single "Rumors." That song has a special place in my heart because my first time at a gay club it was the first song I heard and I will always love it!

Raven Symoné was a child actor on various shows like 'Hangin With Mr. Cooper' 'The Cosby Show' and a few other gigs. She hit it big with Disney with her show 'That's So Raven' which i think is the best show Disney had going for itself but they had to go ahead and cancel it those fools! Raven has released two albums but this most recent one is definitely geared towards the gay audience. A very notable single on the album is called "That Girl." Ive heard it in a club twice and loved it!

Hilary Duff is a big star now. If you don't know her sister is trying to ride her coattails lol. But shes been in a number of movies for Disney and also had her own show "Lizzie McGuire." She performs at gay clubs from time to time with her gay breakout "With Love." The video shows a grown up, sexual Hilary.

On the newer side you have Ashley Tisdale. Not as big in the gay community quite yet but maybe she will get there. I'm not a fan but she has a single "He Said She Said" which I've also heard in gay clubs. Shes still innocent so there's not much t say about her
