It looks like Miss Hilary Duff took a page out of the book of Depeche Mode chapter 1 'Personal Jesus' with her new single "Reach Out." I actually like it. I think that she has better songs but this one isnt bad at all!!!! The rapper could have been someone better than whoever the fuck it is I dont know. This will definitely be played in gay clubs that's for sure!
