Hot Calendar leads to Stripped Degree

Chad Hardy of Las Vegas, NV went to his graduation ceremony on August 15 after he finished the remaining four units he had for his degree online in June. But on July 13th he received the news he was excommunicated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He then got a letter from big guys at Brigham Young University [church owned college] saying they taken the college diploma [non academic hold] from him because he calendar featuring shirtless Mormon missionaries.

This calendar was meant to give the Mormons a little street cred according to Chad. Because of all this drama it lead to distribution contracts for the new 2009 edition.
